(October 1- March 31) A weekly guided walk that starts with a warm-up to improve your mobility followed by a walk to improve your cardio vascular capabilities with strength exercises to improve muscular tone and finishes up with a cool down focused on flexibility. Cost $59 for entire season. Sign up by September 21 for a free T-shirt. Walk-in $5 per walk.
