Chia-Berry-Protein Overnight Oats

I can’t say enough about overnight oats. They are a delicious and easy breakfast, snack, or pre-workout boost. This particular recipe has two scoops of Nutrimeal™ making it a good source of protein to help your muscles get the fuel they need. This recipe takes about five minutes to make and can be stored for up to five days in the fridge.


  • ½ cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 scoops choice Nutrimeal™
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • Sugar-free sweetener, to taste
  • ½ cup frozen berry blend
  • Pinch of salt


Mix oats, chia seeds, Nutrimeal™ , Greek yogurt, milk, sweetener, and salt in 16 oz. glass jar. Top with frozen berry blend and refrigerate overnight, or at least eight hours.
