Scherli & Eric began training with Rita in August. Initial workouts were one to one to determine fitness baselines, establish goals, and develop a workout program that would accommodate their work schedules. After working with the couple individually, Rita suggested partner training as an option. Reviewing their goals of fat-loss and increased endurance, Rita designed a circuit workout with cardio intervals. Now the couple works out 3-5x’s a week using the programs Rita developed. They encourage and motivate each other. Meeting with them on a monthly basis now, Rita stays in touch via text – receiving food logs, answering questions, providing modifications and encouragement. The couple has lost over 25lbs combined and is committed to their healthier lifestyle.
