- 10 organic brussel sprouts
- 1/2 organic honey crisp apple
- 4 strips of farm raised bacon
- 2 T pecan pieces
- In a dry cast iron pan add brussel sprouts cut in half, and bacon cut into small bite size pieces. Cook over medium heat until bacon is crisp. Dice apple into bite size piece. Add apple to the bottom of a bowl, add bacon and brussel sprouts next, top with pecans. Toss and serve.
