Are you familiar with these type of trainers:

While training with you, they flirt with other people or tell you to do 50 sit- ups to keep you busy while they talk with their friends.
What about this classic…I know you can run 5 miles, but then you hurt for weeks.
THIS IS NOT RITA! While training with her, she focuses only on you! She can determine what you can do and pushes you a bit further. Rita is far the best trainer we have ever had!!!!
