Pelican’s Nest will be offering ongoing golf fitness classes plus wellness/fitness educational seminars beginning the week of October 21st. Classes will be complimentary for all members October 21st thru October 28th.
Yogalates for Golf brings a winning combination of yoga and pilates exercises designed for the golfer. Increasing flexibility & range of motion, while stabilizing and strengthening the core will provide more consistency in your golf swing.
