This 50 minute class has it all. Start off with an energizing warm-up followed by tabata style cardio and strength sets, core work, and a cool down focusing on mobility and flexibility. Cost $5.
October 11 and 25. Relax, release, and re-energize with a 20 minute chair massage. Participants remain fully clothed and are seated comfortably in a massage chair.
