Why Golf Fitness?

TPI Fitness Professional, Rita Pociask will take you through a series of exercises that provides a total picture of your body mechanics related to your golf swing, determine potential swing faults and expose strength, flexibility or range of motion issues that may be preventing you from achieving your full golf potential. A customized workout program is then prepared to optimize your golf fitness performance.
Once you’ve completed your golf fitness assessment, Working one on one with a certified TPI Fitness Expert ensures you get the safest, most effective workout each session. Consistent feedback assures proper execution of each exercise to maximize your results. Program is continually reassessed and modified with the changes in your golf fitness level.
One on One Golf Fitness Training
Once you’ve completed your golf fitness consultation, working one on one with a certified TPI Golf Fitness Professional ensures you get the safest, most effective workout each session. Consistent feedback assures proper execution of each exercise to maximize your results. Your program is periodically reassessed and modified with the changes in your golf fitness performance.
This four session group fitness class utilizes a variety of drills, exercises, and stretches to improve flexibility, stability, balance and posture on and off the course.
Muscle Sense Group Class
Muscle Sense is the revolutionary golf and fitness program developed by TPI Certified Golf Pro Andrew Plesz, and TPI Certified FitPro, Rita Pociask. Muscle Sense offers a kinesthetic approach to golf instruction with a pairing of supporting exercises. Program participants will follow a course schedule covering all parts of the golf swing. Each session, will be divided between working with Andrew on golf specific drills to develop correct form, while Rita will lock in the movements using golf specific exercises. Four week program meets twice weekly, 8 week program meets once a week.
Golf Strong – Small Group Fitness Class
Once you’ve completed Fit “fore” Golf and/or Muscle Sense, you are ready to add power to your swing. Golf strong is a strength training program for golfers. Utilizing selectorized equipment, free weights, medicine balls and kettle bells, you will be coached in exercises and drills to add power to your golf swing. Four week Program meets twice a week. Eight week program meets once a week.
A winning combination of Pilates and Yoga poses. Increases flexibility and range of motion throughout your golf swing.
Improve your golf fitness level in 30 minutes twice a week with the TRX “fore” TPI workout. Range of motion, stability, rotation and strength will increase with this unique series of exercise taught by TPI Golf Fitness Certified Expert, Rita Pociask.
