Complimentary Fitness Workshop – Foam Rolling (The Forest)

Foam Rolling – did you know that foam rolling is a form of myofascial release or self-massage?  10 minutes of foam rolling daily will improve flexibility, decrease muscle soreness and increase blood flow.  Nichole will guide you through a basic routine that will ease your tension away.
