This 50 minute class has it all. Start off with an energizing warm-up followed by tabata style cardio and strength sets, core work, and a cool down focusing on mobility and flexibility. Cost $5.

Equipment Orientation

Demonstration of the proper usage of the cardiovascular and selectorized equipment. Workout guidelines, safety protocol, and fitness entering procedures are also addressed. New members as well as returning members are encouraged to attend. Complimentary.
