Chair Massage

October 11 and 25. Relax, release, and re-energize with a 20 minute chair massage. Participants remain fully clothed and are seated comfortably in a massage chair. Massages focus on shoulders, back and neck to release tension and promote mobility. Our licensed LMT is available by appointment form 9am to noon. Cost $25.
