Complimentary Blood Pressure Checks will be available in the fitness center from 8:30-9:30am. You will receive a card to record and track each monthly reading. Please note: On occasion, caffeine may elevate blood pressure readings, for most accurate results, avoiding caffeine prior to your blood pressure check.

Qi Gong

An ancient Chinese mind/body exercise and healing technique class that involves controlled breathing, meditation, and movement exercises. All fitness levels welcome. Cost $10.
