I recently completed the Muscle Sense class with Andrew and Rita. Rita worked on stretching and strengthening muscles for golf. Since our class has ended, I have been able to play golf and no longer experience the soreness and pain I previously had. Rita’s explanation and demonstration of the exercises is very clear and precise. I felt that after each class I was performing the technique correctly.
I am applying the routine from the class to my daily workout schedule in the fitness center. Rita may be there working with a client, yet might offer a quick reminder to me. I actually am now more relaxed playing golf which makes it more enjoyable.
