Asparagus Max Soup: An Immune Function Booster

Asparagus Max Soup


10 thick or 25 thin stalks of steamed organic asparagus

2/3 cup pecans

2 cups water

2 tbsp. olive oil

3 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp. sea salt

Reserve 2 stalks of organic steamed asparagus for garnish in bowl

2-4 servings



Steam asparagus lightly, 10 minutes if thick or less than 5 minutes for really thin asparagus.

Add steamed asparagus, pecans, water, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to blender. Blend one

50-second cycle at speed 10. Serve warm and garnish with reserved steamed asparagus.
