Guilt-Free Nog

Serves two & takes about 2 minutes to make


• 3 Tbsp. Nutrimeal Free or French Vanilla Nutrimeal™
• 1 cup vanilla-flavored, unsweetened nut milk (my fave is Califia Toasted Coconut/Almond Blendc)
• 1 tsp pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup ice


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
2. Split evenly into two glasses
3. Enjoy your Guilt Free Nog
