Valentine’s Smoothie to Share

This Valentine’s Day, why not let your treats be naturally sweet.  Enjoy this smoothie with your sweetie!

Ingredients:

one frozen banana
1 cup frozen red fruit (a mix is good: strawberries, cherries, raspberries)
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
splash of white grape juice
honey (optional, if you need a little extra sweetner)

Directions:
 
Mix in a blender until consistency you desire.  Add fruit for garnish and enjoy!
