This week I was reading a blog from my social media coordinator in which she talks about how a poor, young girl was watching a princess in a parade, wishing she could be the princess. The princess in the parade sees this girl and asks her to join her. She tells the young girl to walk as the little girl thinks a princess should walk, and act like she thinks a princess should act. As I started thinking about this, I realized this is true for everything in life. It is so important to see ourselves as we desire, have the goal, then act as if we are already this person. As we consistently act in the manner we desire, we become this person.
If you see yourself as a healthy, fit person, and start to act as a healthy, fit person, this will become the result.

As a personal trainer, I have worked with many individuals who believed they couldn’t and showed up for their first appointment thinking they would never stick with it long term. Everyone has to start somewhere and with the proper mindset, we will work together as I am the princess who will coach you to become the healthy, fit person you desire. If I can do it, so can you. Lets get started right now.
