Thursday’s Sport Stretch class will be held in the dining room at The Forest CC tomorrow due to the cool temperatures.
Bring your yoga mat, a towel and water.
Sport Stretch is a 50 minute workout for all fitness levels and genders. Gentle yoga poses, pilates moves and stretches will be incorporated to increase flexibility and range of motion.
