Strawberry, Lime & Basil Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries or a mix
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 4-6 medium sized basil leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, coconut water and lime juice to a blender and blend for 10-30 seconds.
  2. Add basil.
  3. Blend until basil is fully mixed in but still see some green flecks.
  4. Pour in popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
