Hope Hospice Sport Week at the Forest CC concluded with a day of tennis. Breakfast was followed by a Fitness Warm up for Tennis by Rita Pociask, followed with clinics, round robin tournament and lunch, silent auction and raffle. You asked for it, you’ve got it!!! Men’s only Sport Stretch starts Wednesday, February 5th at 3:30pm. This class incorporates Yoga, Pilates and stretches designed for you! All fitness levels welcome.
