In Sharon’s Words…..

“You have to make exercise fun!  It can be grueling at times, but in the end, the benefits from exercise are all positive and so worth it! I try and get to the fitness center three times a week.  For an aerobic workout, the elliptical is the piece of equipment I like the best.  I follow that with the weight machines.

On my off days, I enjoy walking outdoors.  Rita introduced me to a class called Skyrobics; a workout on trampolines at SkyZone.  It’s an amazing workout and a lot of fun! I look forward to Rita’s “Out of the Box” fitness events.  Hoop it Up and Paddle Board Yoga are next on my list! It’s fun to mix things up.


As I get older, exercise has become even more important.  I need all the energy and stamina I can get to keep up with my two young, very active, very energetic grandsons.  It also helps me to maintain my weight, but more importantly, I know it is good for my heart health and my total well being!”
