Despite a recent tennis injury, Jim was so excited about winning 3 sessions of fitness training with Rita Pociask at the silent auction for Hope Hospice on Saturday, that we met this morning and set up a flexibility and core program around his injury.

Hope Hospice Sport Week at the Forest CC concluded with a day of tennis. Breakfast was followed by a Fitness Warm up for Tennis by Rita Pociask, followed with clinics, round robin tournament and lunch, silent auction and raffle.
