Cauliflower Crust Pizza

A twist on comfort food that helps get in more veggies! Prepare with your favorite ingredients and make something unique!


  • Store bought or homemade cauliflower crust (see below for crust recipe)
  • Spinach
  • Feta
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Mushroom
  • Pineapple
  • or whatever toppings you like on your pizza


  • Lightly spray the crust with olive oil
  • top with the above topping or your favorites
  • Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown
