- Store bought or homemade cauliflower crust (see below for crust recipe)
- Red onion
- or whatever toppings you like on your pizza
- Lightly spray the crust with olive oil
- top with the above topping or your favorites
- Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown
