8am – stretch, flex, & roll – fitness garden – all fitness levels welcome.
3:30pm – fit to play – tennis small group fitness programs
Wednesday
6am – boot camp small group – pre-registration necessary – contact rita@ritapociask.com
3:30pm – men’s sport stretch – fitness garden – all fitness levels welcome, bring yoga mat and towel
Thursday
2pm – ask a trainer – fitness center
3pm – Yogalates – fitness garden – all fitness levels welcome
Saturday
8:15am – 35th anniversary walk – join us for this one or 3.5 mile fun walk/run
everyone is welcome – members, residents, guests, children. Continental breakfast to follow. Please rsvp rita@ritapociask.com so we have an accurate head count for breakfast.
