Muscle Sense is the revolutionary golf and fitness program developed by TPI Certified Golf Pro Andrew Plesz, and TPI Certified FitPro, Rita Pociask. Muscle Sense offers a kinesthetic approach to golf instruction with a pairing of supporting exercises. Program participants will follow a course schedule covering all parts of the golf swing. Each session, will be divided between working with Andrew on golf specific drills to develop correct form, while Rita will lock in the movements using golf specific exercises.
