Muscle Sense, the innovative golf fitness program will help you develop increased awareness of your body and the way it moves. TPI Certified Instructors Rita Pociask and Andrew Plesz, have created a four week program that creates a blend of easy to follow golf drills and pairs them with supporting exercises to “lock in” the movement pattern. Participants work twice a week in a small group setting. The course covers balance, core strength, rotation, stabilization, swing consistency, and transfer training.
