Tennis Warm Up at Hope Hosice Sport Week
Hope Hospice Sport Week at the Forest CC concluded with a day of tennis. Breakfast was followed by a Fitness Warm up for Tennis by Rita Pociask, followed with clinics, round robin tournament and lunch, silent auction and raffle. Fit To Play Workshop a SUCCESS!!!
Participants of the Fit to Play Tennis workshop this afternoon at The Forest CC learned about common tennis injuries and were provided exercises to prevent and reduce recovery time, plus balance, agility and stretching techniques to improve their game.
