Stretch, Flex, & Roll Starts October 28th

Stating Monday, October 28th, the Forest Country Club will be offering Stretch, Flex, & Roll. This 50 minute workout will warm you up, tone your muscles utilizing resistance bands and tubing, then end with yoga and pilates moves for strengthening the core and flexibility.
